Emerald Fusion provides a forum for the Nairobi community to actively engage in the fusion of modern developments with nature. Through Emerald Fusion, you can partake in physical and virtual tree planting activities and numerous community clean-up and carbon-reducing projects. The platform is inspired by data gathered from Nairobi's Residents through questionnaires, observation, and analysis. And every single bit of the WebApp, from the hand-selected tree species to the planting hours, is based off of intensive research and consultation of both residents and experts in the various fields.
Nairobi's built environment is outgrowing the natural one extremely fast. Time is of essence if we are to save Nairobi, and by extension the entire planet from the climate crisis of urban concrete jungles. So join us today as we strive to build a new Nairobi where black roads are encompassed by green trees, and grey buildings outlined with green vegetation. While we still can, let us make this an Emerald Fusion, where the grey fuses into an Emerald  Green!
